What is a SBR?

A short-barreled rifle (SBR) is defined by the National Firearms Act of 1934 (NFA) as a shoulder-fired, rifled firearm, made from a rifle, with a barrel length of less than 16 inches or overall length of less than 26 inches, or a handgun fitted with a buttstock and a barrel shorter than 16 inches in length. An SBR is regulated by the ATF as a Title II weapon. In the absence of local laws prohibiting ownership, a private citizen may own an SBR, provided it is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). A $200 tax is paid prior to taking possession of or creating the firearm.

CUSTOMERS FURTHER AUTHORIZE AND CONSENTS TO MYSTIC ARMS & SUPPLY CHARGING THE AFOREMENTIONED FEES TO THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORIGINAL ONLINE ORDER. Mystic Arms & Supply has the right to dispute any bank or credit card charge backs. Mystic Arms & Supply reserves the right to refuse future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card charge back following shipment.

Important: It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, processing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides. Mystic Arms and Supply is NOT responsible if you are denied transfer from you local FFL. Per the return policy you will be charged return shipping and a 15% restocking fee if you are unable to pick up the item from your local FFL.

Mystic Arms & Supply abides by all Federal Regulations regarding hazardous material shipped through United States Postal Service. A hazardous material is any article or substance designated by the U.S. Department of Transportation as being capable of posing an unreasonable risk to health, safety, or property during transportation. This includes, but is not limited to:

Minor Blast/Minor Projection Hazard — Ammunition
Oxidizing Substances — Batteries
Flammable Solids — Black Powder
Flammable and combustible liquid — Cleaners, oil, and aerosol cans

Out an over abundance of caution, and due to the rapidly changing laws, Mystic Arms & Supply will ONLY ship firearms to a current, valid FFL at the address listed on said FFL, regardless of current local law.

Returns and Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed with Mystic Arms & Supply may be cancelled prior to shipping. All firearms cancelled before shipping will be charged a 15% restocking fee. CUSTOMERS FURTHER AUTHORIZE AND CONSENTS TO MYSTIC ARMS & SUPPLY CHARGING THE AFOREMENTIONED FEES TO THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORIGINAL ONLINE ORDER. Call Mystic Arms & Supply to cancel your order. If the order has been shipped, the order may not be cancelled.

Return Policy

All sales are FINAL. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are NOT accepted. If a defect is discovered by the customer after shipment, the customer must contact customer services directly for replacement or repair. Mystic Arms & Supply will not be responsible for the results of ordinary wear and tear, careless handling, neglect, unauthorized repairs or adjustments, improper, substandard, reloaded or defective ammunition, corrosion, or unreasonable use.

If the purchased item(s) is defective or damaged upon receipt, or if the customer is not satisfied with a purchased item(s) and wishes to return it for a refund or replacement, the customer may return the item(s) to Mystic Arms & Supply WITHIN 30 DAYS of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item.
